By accessing and using Stampd, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Use of the App

Stampd provides a digital loyalty stamp card service connecting customers with local businesses. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Use the app only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to manipulate the stamp or reward system

3. Rewards and Stamps

Stamps are awarded at the discretion of participating shop owners. Rewards are subject to availability and shop policies. Stampd is not responsible for the fulfillment of rewards by individual shops.

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stampd is provided as is without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
